We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan, including major cities and selected remote areas.

Delivery availability may vary based on courier service coverage.

Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation.
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
• During high-volume periods, processing time may slightly increase.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

• Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
• Other cities and rural areas: 5 to 6 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and order weight.
• Any applicable shipping fee will be clearly shown before order confirmation.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available in most areas of Pakistan, subject to courier service coverage.

Please ensure the provided phone number is active to avoid delivery issues.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, depending on courier service availability.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unreachable phone number, or customer unavailability:

• The courier may reattempt delivery
• Additional delivery charges may apply
• The order may be returned to us if delivery remains unsuccessful

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged or items are missing:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Share clear photos of the package and contents

We will review the issue and assist according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Changes or Cancellations

Requests to modify or cancel orders must be made before dispatch.
Once an order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
