Return & Exchange Policy

At Lubab Organics, your satisfaction is our priority. We know that shopping for organic foods online should be simple, trustworthy, and hassle-free. If you are not completely happy with your order, this policy explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work.

What Can Be Returned or Exchanged

We accept requests for return, exchange, or refund in the following cases:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will help you with an exchange or full refund.

2. Change of Mind (Unopened Items Only)
If you change your mind about a product, you can request a return within 15 days of delivery, as long as:
• The product is unopened
• The packaging is intact
• No seal is broken

Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund.
Refunds are issued using your original payment method.


What Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after the allowed time window
• Perishable or consumable goods that show signs of use

Refund Processing

After we receive the returned item and confirm it meets return criteria:

• Refunds are processed within 7 business days
• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable
• Payment is returned to the original payment method


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it ships.
Once the order has been shipped, the regular return & exchange policy applies.

We may cancel an order for reasons such as:

• Out-of-stock items
• Pricing errors
• Invalid payment
• Fraud prevention checks
